    The arrangement that was delivered was spectacular. However, the e-commerce side of things was confusing. I didn’t receive an order confirmation or any other notification until after it was delivered. The only way I knew the order was received was seeing a charge to my credit card. This left me with some doubt that the order would go out as requested. This is the fault of the network, not the floral shop. Their work was exceptional.

You arranged one of the most beautiful and unusual winter arrangements I've ever seen. (ordered by my son in Colorado.) It's so heavy I will have trouble changing water and/or cutting stems.

Upon contacting Stuebers, a bit upset, Kathy bent over backwards to make the situation right and personally delivered an AMAZING arrangement to my mom ON Mother’s Day! My mom still talks about them! I'm from the area and prefer ordering flowers locally due to bad experiences with the larger online guys and lack of customer service.
